Australian Dream #JustStart
I have this dream of going to Australia may be because I like Australia or it’s that I have only this option left to start my career with. I am a graduate in Chemical Engineering and I am nowadays seeking for a job. I have applied for multiple positions but no luck. There’s an opportunity of work visa for Engineers from all over the world registered under Washington Accord to visit Australia, to work and study there. I am trying to apply for this visa because it has the conditions that one can apply for this visa within 2 years after graduation, registered under Washington accord, and minimum 6.0 bands in IELTS test.
As I wanted to make my documentation ready first and then apply for the visa, so I collected my degree transcript and other relevant documents from the university and also taken the IELTS test. I got 7.0 bands in IELTS.
I have to go through certain steps to make my application for visa ready.
- Start visa application
- Upload supporting documents
- Submit visa fee
- Submit Application.
During this week, I actually started the application and I entered all the details that were required. I faced a lot of confusion while filling out the from because most people hire consultants in order to submit their visa application but I was doing that on my own and I just searched through internet after every step when I was confused. After filling out the form, a page appeared which requested for supporting documents. Though, I thought that it would only include educational documents and a police character certificate and medical certificate but it was far more than that.
For every specific thing, specific document is needed i.e. for identity, address, birth, employment, citizenship. I need to compile more documents which are birth certificate and police character certificate etc. I need to make birth certificate and this is the next task that I will do in the upcoming week.
