This time, it’s a completely fascinating technique and helps a lot when you want to do something but are not really interested in, the Pomodoro technique! It’s actually setting up a timer or stopwatch to certain time, in minutes, then starting work on a task, and keep doing it until the time ends, then take a break, and repeat the same process until the task is completed.

Pomodoro technique

The task I wanted to do was creating a superhero Resume. Creating a resume is one of the most difficult things that I experience. I wanted to make Resume this time by applying the Pomodoro technique. At the start, I felt as usual and was not interested in making it but, thoroughly, while repeating the cycle again and again, my interest developed in it and I started enjoying it.

I thought at first that this might be a difficult technique but guess what? I was wrong! It wasn’t difficult at all, instead, it was fascinating like going on an adventure. It’s like playing with yourself and eventually you keep doing work and then reward yourself for that.

I wouldn’t have focused this much on building a resume if I was doing it directly but this technique helped me gain interest and focus more on small points. I will apply this technique again for my work either I like it or hate it because it’s effective and gives a good result at the end!
